Responsibilities
Responsible for contract deliverables, including compliance reporting, financial reporting and service level performance reporting
Effective communication and service to current clients via meetings, calls, and interaction
Primary support to DentaQuest leadership for client’s program administration
Proactively identify client expectations and resolve issues
Coordinate client audits of DentaQuest programs
Monitor changes in regulations and fee schedules to ensure compliance
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration (or related field) or equivalent, relevant work experience
Five years’ experience working with external clients/customers
Two years’ experience in a supervisory role
Knowledge of group benefits
Proficient with general computer software including Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
Up to 50% local travel required
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
