About the role

  • Client Manager managing a book of business for welfare benefit plans at Marsh McLennan Agency. Role involves consulting and ensuring clients' goals are met with a review structure.

Responsibilities

  • Actively manage a book of business to ensure client’s welfare benefit plan needs and goals are met
  • All work is initially closely reviewed with VP or SVPs / assigned Partners
  • Position has the ability to work out of any of the Michigan offices in Grand Rapids, Livonia or Troy

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in the welfare benefit plan industry
  • Knowledge of group insurance (medical, dental, vision, life and disability products)
  • Effective relationship-building and public speaking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook preferred.
