Sr. Associate Product Manager responsible for product lifecycle and commercialization for Spice, Seasonings at McCormick. Driving growth through business reporting and cross-functional project leadership in a hybrid environment.
Responsibilities
Monthly business reporting to identify insights and opportunities for growth
Make recommendations relating to competitive analysis, trade management, customer and consumer communications.
Lead cross-functional projects to commercialize new products or renovations
Make recommendations to leadership for new product and renovation positioning choices (price, size, promotion, packaging)
Manage product life-cycle including, new product business case development, pricing strategy, commercial strategy through to execution
Prepare compelling customer selling materials from samples to presentations, demo and digital content
Deliver recommendations to leadership.
Support the execution of the Club and Ecomm 3 Year innovation pipeline for Spice & Seasonings with day-to-day project management, including brief writing and coordination of package design reviews and product tastings
Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Marketing, or related field required
1-2 years of consumer products experience with ability to manage multiple segments
High sense of urgency and bias for action
High personal accountability to manage daily work plan to deliver priorities
Creative problem solving skills
Exposure to and some experience in Brief Writing for Research and Graphics Design
Good understanding of syndicated retail data analysis, financial analysis and business planning
Good written, communication, and presentation skills
