Requirements

  • Several years of experience in Customer Success Management or Strategic Account Management
  • Proven track record in strategic consulting and use case development in a B2B environment
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies and their business applications
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for C-level discussions
  • Experience collaborating with technical teams and Solutions departments
  • Strategic mindset combined with hands-on implementation strength
  • Bonus: Experience with AI projects or platforms
  • Bonus: Consulting background or experience in digital transformation
