Requirements
- Several years of experience in Customer Success Management or Strategic Account Management
- Proven track record in strategic consulting and use case development in a B2B environment
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and their business applications
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for C-level discussions
- Experience collaborating with technical teams and Solutions departments
- Strategic mindset combined with hands-on implementation strength
- Bonus: Experience with AI projects or platforms
- Bonus: Consulting background or experience in digital transformation
