Requirements
Several years of experience in Customer Success Management or Strategic Account Management
Proven track record in strategic consulting and use case development in a B2B environment
Strong understanding of AI technologies and their business applications
Excellent communication and presentation skills for C-level discussions
Experience collaborating with technical teams and Solutions departments
Strategic mindset combined with hands-on implementation strength
