Responsibilities
Support the communications team in drafting media materials including press releases, briefing documents, meeting agendas, bios, speeches
Develop and demonstrate a solid understanding of PR principles and client strategy by contributing ideas for campaigns and projects
Lead on client correspondence (daily updates, activity reports, WIP reports, client calls)
Monitor and log all relevant media coverage before sharing with client in a timely manner
Support with research for new business proposals
Stay updated with industry trends and apply them where necessary to improve campaign effectiveness
Act as part of the on-the-ground comms team to support media management and amplification at all events where needed
Requirements
Outstanding communications skills with ability to speak, read and write in Arabic
2-4 years of experience in PR/ Communications
Strong Arabic media relations/contacts
Ability to produce excellent work to tight deadlines
Solid media background and knowledge of the industry, with an interest in sport, entertainment and events
Self-starter, who is highly organised and a clear communicator
