About the role

  • Maintain the cleanliness, security, and overall integrity of the CRM.
  • Support implementation of new sales process improvements.
  • Help create process automations using Salesforce Flows.
  • Create, maintain, and control profile permissions.
  • Support sales team across LATAM by correcting errors and answering questions.
  • Create, maintain, and update dashboards and reports for local market teams and HQ.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Skilled in creating custom objects and fields, workflows, automations, dashboards, and reports.
  • Ability to translate business needs into effective Salesforce solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills to ensure data quality and deliver actionable insights.
  • Experience configuring and customizing the Salesforce data model, including custom objects, fields, record types, and page layouts.
  • Proficiency with automation tools (Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, and Approval Processes).
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data management tools (Data Loader, Data Import Wizard), including mass updates and deduplication.
  • Knowledge of SQL or SOQL for querying and validating data is preferred.
  • Exposure to APIs and integrations (REST/SOAP, middleware tools like MuleSoft, Boomi, or Workato) is a strong plus.
  • Salesforce certifications are a plus (Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant).
  • Advanced level of English; Portuguese is a plus.
