About the role

  • Serve as a system administrator for the Salesforce environment
  • Provide first-line technical support, troubleshooting, and issue escalation for Salesforce users
  • Manage system integrity and compliance with data privacy standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
  • Integrate and manage third-party data feeds and external Salesforce integrations
  • Maintain Account Engagement as Alliance’s email marketing and prospect nurture platform
  • Handle core administrative functions, including user account maintenance
  • Develop and deliver a comprehensive training program
  • Collaborate with leadership to translate business processes into Salesforce solutions
  • Support change management by assisting with Salesforce releases
  • Partner with external Salesforce developers on enhancement projects
  • Deliver accurate KPI reporting and analytics

Requirements

  • 1-2 years in salesforce administration
  • Proficiency in Sales Cloud and Account Engagement
  • Knowledge of workflow automation tools (Flow, Process Builder)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving ability
  • Preferred Certifications: Salesforce Platform Administrator, Marketing Cloud Engagement
  • Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, PowerBI) a plus
