Salesforce Administrator leveraging technology to improve mental health services at Lyra Health. Responsible for optimizing Salesforce platform, user support, and troubleshooting assistance.
Responsibilities
Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts
Assign user profiles, roles, and permissions
Manage user licenses and entitlements
Import and export data
Clean and standardize data
Backup and restore data
Configure Salesforce objects, fields, and page layouts
Create and customize reports and dashboards
Set up workflows, approvals, and automation rules
Provide technical support to users
Troubleshoot issues and resolve problems
Train users on Salesforce features and best practices
Research and recommend Salesforce updates and upgrades
Assist in the implementation of new Salesforce features
Implement and maintain security policies and procedures
Monitor security logs and address any issues
Requirements
3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or equivalent role.
Strong understanding of Salesforce core concepts and features.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with users from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Experience with data import/export, data cleaning, and data validation to maintain data accuracy and integrity.
Service desk system experience like Jira or similar to manage and prioritize support tickets.
