Responsibilities
Serve as a primary administrator for the Salesforce environment
Manage user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings
Maintain system health and perform regular data audits
Participate in problem/incident troubleshooting and resolution
Conduct root cause analysis of incidents
Assist in implementing Disaster Recovery and High-Availability plans
Configure and customise Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts
Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics
Design and implement automation solutions
Provide day-to-day support to Salesforce users
Develop and deliver training materials and sessions
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other technical program
2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
Proven experience with Salesforce configuration, user management, and data maintenance
Familiarity with Salesforce tools such as Data Loader, Process Builder, and Flows
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture
Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and solve Salesforce Administrative problems
