About the role

  • Manage users, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings
  • Configure Salesforce (Flows, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, APIs, etc.)
  • Build and maintain automation using Flows, Process Builder & Workflow Rules
  • Maintain data quality: audits, duplicate cleanup, imports/exports via Data Loader
  • Create & optimize reports and dashboards for business insights
  • Provide Salesforce training and end-user support
  • Manage Salesforce releases, updates, and add-ons
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop Salesforce solutions

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of Salesforce Administrator experience
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, declarative tools, data management
  • Hands-on experience with Data Loader or similar tools
  • Experience managing users, security settings & standard Salesforce objects
  • Ability to create & customize reports and dashboards
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
  • Preferred Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201)
