About the role

  • The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for executing configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our Salesforce CRM platform.
  • They will work closely with users around the business to deliver solutions that meet business needs.

Requirements

  • Salesforce Admin Cert (ADM201/202) certified or equivalent experience
  • Experience working with Sales Cloud essential and Experience Cloud and Marketing Cloud desirable
  • Experience with Docusign integration essential
  • Experience with other API integrations desirable e.g. SmartSurvey
  • Experience with middleware e.g. Rapidi desirable
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and excellent verbal and written communication
  • Good knowledge of business analysis techniques
  • Process oriented with an ability to identify areas around the business where Salesforce could add value
  • Knowledge of Agile Project Management and JIRA desirable
  • Demonstrates continued personal/professional development (Trailheads, Certs etc)
  • Active in the Salesforce community
