About the role

  • Salesforce Administrator managing a team of 50 users and ensuring CRM data consistency for fundraising and marketing teams. Collaborating with stakeholders for improvements and data hygiene activities.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring operational continuity of the platform
  • Managing access, user licenses and service quotas
  • Keep track of platform changes
  • Manage improvements to Salesforce UI and data structure
  • Ensure the consistency and reliability of CRM data
  • Work with the Data and Insights (D&I) team to keep data quality standards high
  • Assist Fundraising team with ongoing appeals and campaigns
  • Execute bulk data import and export requests as necessary
  • Ensure change governance is in place

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience working as a Salesforce Administrator/Developer or Salesforce functional or technical specialist (2 years min)
  • Demonstrable knowledge of Salesforce CRM and its key components, including UI design, data model and integration mechanisms
  • Knowledge of Salesforce user functionality, including reporting and dashboard modules
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Salesforce bulk operation mechanisms
  • Strong understanding of how Salesforce automation operates
