Responsibilities
Support the configuration, maintenance, and day‑to‑day operation of our Salesforce platform.
Collaborate with users and cross‑functional teams to understand business needs.
Implement configuration updates and assist with data management.
Manage user access and maintain standard configurations.
Support release readiness activities and build reports and dashboards.
Deliver training, provide user support, and promote effective use of Salesforce across the organization.
Requirements
2–4+ years of Salesforce administration experience
Strong knowledge of Salesforce standard functionality, including objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and page layouts
Experience building Salesforce reports and dashboards
Ability to support and improve existing configurations through thoughtful updates
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Copilot)
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Positive attitude, strong problem‑solving skills, and willingness to learn
