About the role

  • Salesforce Administrator optimizing the Salesforce platform for efficient supply chain management. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance business processes in a leading supply chain SaaS company.

Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and maintain Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements; implement custom objects, fields, validation rules, and workflows.
  • Develop custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide actionable insights to Revenue Operations (routine pipeline reporting and ad hoc requests).
  • Ensure that Salesforce is properly set up to capture and report on critical data used for insight into key metrics for Revenue Operations.
  • Administration of systems used by the sales organization: Salesforce, DocuSign, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, Bombora, SurveyMonkey, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Managing configuration changes and integration applications using APIs and middleware tools.
  • Ensure data integrity and security by implementing best practices for data governance and compliance.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on functionality and best practices; serve as primary contact for technical troubleshooting, resolving user inquiries, and system errors.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Client Success, and IT to gather requirements, implement solutions, and plan for scalability.
  • Develop and maintain customer and prospect database to be used for territory management, target greenfield and whitespace opportunity.
  • Assist with managing data & process integration for acquisitions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator inside a software company.
  • Salesforce Administration (ADM 201) and Agentforce certifications required.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data models.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Proven accountability and excellent interpersonal skills; the confidence to be an honest advocate who is willing to speak up when needed.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to get to the root cause of internal and external problems; ability to recommend resolutions.
  • Must respond to client requests with empathy, compassion, strategic advisement, and rapidity.
  • Desire to work with a collaborative global team with teams in the USA, Germany, UK, Netherlands, and India.
