Salesforce Administrator supporting Sales Operations, Support, Marketing, and Finance departments at Thales. Responsible for troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions across Salesforce platform.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot Salesforce issues using a ticketing system. This includes identifying and resolving problems with functionality, permissions, data, integrations and performance
Design, implement, test, troubleshoot, debug and document solutions throughout the development process and across the Salesforce platform including Force.com, CPQ and various managed packages
Collaborate with Sales Operations, Order Management, Marketing, Finance and other teams on projects related to Salesforce
Participate in agile development processes, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, QA, UAT and go-live
Prepare and execute mass data uploads
Ensure creation and updating technical documentation
Stay up to date on new Salesforce features and functionality
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, another relevant field of engineering study
At least 3 years Salesforce administration experience
Strong understanding of Salesforce features and functionality
Knowledge of SOQL and Agile principles
Certified Salesforce Administrator. Other certifications a plus
CPQ experience
Knowledge of Apex triggers and classes, Visualforce, JavaScript, Lightning components
