About the role

  • Salesforce Administrator responsible for platform administration and configuration at Banham. Collaborating with business units to improve processes and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain Salesforce (fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, flows, reports, dashboards)
  • Manage users, roles, profiles, and permission sets
  • Troubleshoot system and user issues, providing timely resolutions
  • Maintain system integrity and data quality
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to understand needs and improve processes
  • Translate business requirements into user stories and configuration solutions
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and manage change deployments
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards
  • Support data analysis to inform decision-making
  • Identify opportunities to improve data accuracy and reporting quality
  • Maintain system documentation and release notes
  • Ensure changes align with Salesforce best practice
  • Contribute to platform roadmap and improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • 1–2 years hands-on Salesforce administration experience
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (or actively working toward it)
  • Strong understanding of core objects: Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Cases
  • Hands-on experience configuring complex Flows
  • Ability to manage configuration changes independently
  • Experience working directly with business stakeholders
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability
  • Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder (Desirable)
  • Experience with integrations or third-party applications (Desirable)
  • Understanding of Agile ways of working (Desirable)
  • Experience using JIRA or similar tools (Desirable)
