About the role

  • Engage with pre-qualified leads and conduct sales consultations to convert inquiries into signed contracts
  • Evaluate property needs during virtual or on-site meetings, take precise measurements, and document project scope using an iPad-based system
  • Coordinate with estimators, project managers, and procurement to ensure accurate proposals and smooth project handoffs
  • Manage your sales pipeline using our CRM, keeping detailed records and regularly updating your performance metrics
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients through timely follow-ups, building strong relationships that lead to repeat and referral business
  • Work remotely and independently, staying responsive to emails, messages, and scheduled sales meetings
  • Leverage our AI-powered estimating tools and digital platforms to build accurate proposals and deliver a professional client experience

Requirements

  • Sales experience in residential construction or home remodeling (bathrooms, kitchens, decks, windows, ADUs, etc.)
  • Money-motivated, tech-savvy, and organized individuals who take initiative
  • Comfortable using CRM platforms, digital estimating software, and mobile communication tools
  • Reliable transportation for occasional site visits or meetings
  • Must currently reside in Hillsborough or Pinellas County (no exceptions)
