About the role

  • Sales Manager expanding our customer base and placing tailor-made ERP solutions. Responsible for customer acquisition through multiple channels and leading presentations from contact to contract.

Responsibilities

  • Actively expand our customer base and position our tailored ERP and digitalization solutions
  • Proactively acquire new clients through a variety of channels: LinkedIn, industry events, ERP networks
  • Elicit requirements and develop customized solution concepts
  • Prepare tender documents and presentation concepts, from first contact through contract signing
  • Deliver sales presentations and conduct proposal negotiations
  • Provide input to industry marketing and contribute creative ideas for lead generation

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in solution-oriented sales of ERP services
  • Solid know-how in digitalizing business processes — advantageous in the context of construction or project-oriented industries
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Ability to analyze complex requirements and develop tailored solution scenarios
  • Confident presence, strong communication skills, and consulting competence
  • Regular use of sales platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools
  • Excellent written and spoken German, and good English skills
