Responsibilities
Actively expand our customer base and position our tailored ERP and digitalization solutions
Proactively acquire new clients through a variety of channels: LinkedIn, industry events, ERP networks
Elicit requirements and develop customized solution concepts
Prepare tender documents and presentation concepts, from first contact through contract signing
Deliver sales presentations and conduct proposal negotiations
Provide input to industry marketing and contribute creative ideas for lead generation
Requirements
Several years of experience in solution-oriented sales of ERP services
Solid know-how in digitalizing business processes — advantageous in the context of construction or project-oriented industries
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
Ability to analyze complex requirements and develop tailored solution scenarios
Confident presence, strong communication skills, and consulting competence
Regular use of sales platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools
Excellent written and spoken German, and good English skills
