About the role

  • Seeking an Outbound Sales & Cold Calling Intern to handle systematic cold calls and lead follow-ups at Carovo AI. Offering a flexible remote work environment in the automotive SaaS industry.

Responsibilities

  • Systematic outbound cold calling of motorhome dealers across Germany
  • Consistent follow-up of leads until successful closing
  • Short product demonstrations of our software via video call
  • Build and maintain your own sales pipeline in the CRM system

Requirements

  • Fluent German in spoken and written form (C1/C2 — native-speaker level required)
  • Comfortable on the phone: you enjoy calling prospects and are articulate
  • High self-motivation, resilience and persistence (you don’t let a “no” discourage you)
  • Results-oriented mindset: you want to earn money and aren’t looking for an easy ride
  • Structured working style and reliability in follow-up
