Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer service calls with a sales focus, identifying customer needs;
Clarify doubts and perform required procedures;
Offer products and/or services;
Manage different types of situations raised by customers;
Use systems to record interactions and updates.
Requirements
Minimum 18 years of age;
High school diploma (Secondary education completed);
Good verbal fluency and persuasive ability;
Negotiation and argumentation skills;
Basic computer and typing skills;
Availability to complete online training;
Own a desktop or laptop computer to attend training;
Availability to work on-site at the Feira de Santana unit;
Preferably live near the Atento Feira de Santana unit.
