About the role

  • Manage commercial and sales activities for assigned customers and/or territories
  • Coordinate and develop proposals, quotations, and technical solution packages
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through technical consultations
  • Support and/or lead contract negotiations, commercial risk assessments
  • Serve as the primary customer entry point for technical support
  • Assist in gathering operational data for equipment troubleshooting
  • Provide regular reporting on order intake, pipeline development, and sales forecasts
  • Participate in internal training and development programs

Requirements

  • BS degree in ME or technical disciplines (MBA preferred)
  • Minimum 10 yrs experience of maintenance services in oil and gas/chemical/petrochemical
  • Strong technical background of rotating equipment and auxiliaries
  • English speaking and good command of French
  • Strong communication, self starting/entrepreneurial attitude
  • Has established relationship in country with local customers
  • Knows the country market well
  • Proficient in MS office, knowledgeable on Sales Force.com
  • Authorized to work in Italy
