Responsibilities
Engage customers by explaining the features and benefits of Scotts products to help them make informed purchasing decisions and increase overall sales.
Provide our retail partners with comprehensive information about all Scotts products and energize our brands through in-store workshops and interactive events.
Restock shelves and displays, ensuring products are clean, well presented, correctly labeled/priced, and merchandised to maximize visibility and sales.
Work closely with the Scotts sales manager to implement sales strategies, identify sales opportunities, and achieve store sales targets.
Install displays and in-store layouts to attract customers’ attention, promote featured items, and encourage impulse purchases.
Install and maintain signage and promotional materials highlighting special pricing, new products, and seasonal offers to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements
Self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to walk regularly, stand for extended periods, climb a 2.4–3.7 m (8–12 ft) ladder, occasionally lift up to 20 kg (45 lbs), and work outdoors in variable weather conditions (e.g., heat, cold, wind, rain).
Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends as required.
Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.

Fluent in French.
