About the role

  • Design AI-driven onboarding programs to ramp new SDRs and AEs quickly
  • Create ongoing training for AEs, including spiffs, workshops, and coaching sessions
  • Maintain and update product and sales knowledge base to keep it fresh and easy to use
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to identify skill gaps and implement impactful training
  • Drive onboarding programs and continuous training for SDR and AE teams

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in sales enablement, training, or related roles
  • Strong track record building onboarding or enablement programs for SaaS sales teams
  • Skilled at using AI to make training scalable and effective
  • Clear communicator, organized, and based in Barcelona (or ready to relocate)
