About the role

  • Direct Sales Support Executive providing pre and post sales service to the Direct Sales teams at Bauer Media Outdoor. Aiding in planning customer campaigns and ensuring adherence to company procedures.

Responsibilities

  • This is an opportunity to provide a full pre and post sales service to the Direct Sales teams and clients, ensuring that all company procedures are followed.
  • Assisting Direct Sales teams and clients throughout the pre-and post-sales process, ensuring adherence to company procedures.
  • Aid in planning customer campaigns using internal tools and systems.
  • Provide presentations and insights to support sales in creating compelling client recommendations.
  • Maintain proactive communication with sales regarding campaign progress and task requests.
  • Respond directly to incoming agency briefs and requests.
  • Process bookings according to company standards within specified timelines.
  • Manage any changes to campaigns before launch.
  • Coordinate customer artwork, design, print, and digital orders.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality responses to customer inquiries through all channels, including managing complaints.
  • Organize photography for requested campaigns.
  • To ensure all activities are reflective of the ‘knowledge, accuracy & efficiency’ team pillars.
  • Work closely with Direct Sales & Operations leadership teams to continuously improve & refine processes.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Strong and empathetic communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and deliver an exceptional standard of customer service
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail when handling data
  • Adaptable and resilient, with a positive approach to change
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive, "how can we" mindset
  • Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks effectively
