About the role

  • You will be the Sales Leader for the EMEA North and South Sales team.
  • Provides directional leadership for a growing team of Enterprise Account Executives & Mid Market Executives.
  • Oversee the daily activities and performance of each Account Executive
  • Consistently meets/exceeds the outlined metrics as a manager - ARR closed won / Pipe generation / Linearity / Forecast Accuracy
  • Continue to build and strengthen your team through recruiting, hiring, and development strategies. Accountable for building your own bench for backfills and expansion.
  • Drive operational excellence through constant process innovation and technology toolsets
  • Cultivate strong partnerships with Business Development, Solution Consulting, Marketing, our Partner network, and the Iterable Executive team. Proactively identify and implement new strategies to improve the sales cycle
  • Strong organisation/prioritisation skills; proven ability to consistently meet deadlines

Requirements

  • Nice to have but not mandatory - B.A./B.Sc. in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, related fields, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of sales management experience in a high-tech startup environment.
  • 8-10+ years of quota-carrying B2B enterprise software sales experience.
  • Strong track record of running a net-new business acquisition team.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding against quota and outlined metrics.
  • Previous experience with enterprise email marketing and/or marketing automation solutions - preferred but not essential.
  • Being bilingual is an advantage in an EMEA language, such as French, Spanish, Italian, and Dutch.
  • Strong experience working with Salesforce.com and other CRM platforms.
  • Acquainted with Challenger Sales Methodology and MEDDPIC for qualification and deal management.
  • Team player who’s comfortable working with all department leaders in a startup environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to be an inspirational leader.
  • Willing & able to travel throughout EMEA as & when required for work-related events and meetings, with the ability to travel to the USA also.
