Provides directional leadership for a growing team of Enterprise Account Executives & Mid Market Executives.
Oversee the daily activities and performance of each Account Executive
Consistently meets/exceeds the outlined metrics as a manager - ARR closed won / Pipe generation / Linearity / Forecast Accuracy
Continue to build and strengthen your team through recruiting, hiring, and development strategies. Accountable for building your own bench for backfills and expansion.
Drive operational excellence through constant process innovation and technology toolsets
Cultivate strong partnerships with Business Development, Solution Consulting, Marketing, our Partner network, and the Iterable Executive team. Proactively identify and implement new strategies to improve the sales cycle
Strong organisation/prioritisation skills; proven ability to consistently meet deadlines
Requirements
Nice to have but not mandatory - B.A./B.Sc. in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, related fields, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of sales management experience in a high-tech startup environment.
8-10+ years of quota-carrying B2B enterprise software sales experience.
Strong track record of running a net-new business acquisition team.
Proven track record of consistently exceeding against quota and outlined metrics.
Previous experience with enterprise email marketing and/or marketing automation solutions - preferred but not essential.
Being bilingual is an advantage in an EMEA language, such as French, Spanish, Italian, and Dutch.
Strong experience working with Salesforce.com and other CRM platforms.
Acquainted with Challenger Sales Methodology and MEDDPIC for qualification and deal management.
Team player who’s comfortable working with all department leaders in a startup environment.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to be an inspirational leader.
Willing & able to travel throughout EMEA as & when required for work-related events and meetings, with the ability to travel to the USA also.
