About the role

  • Prospect, qualify, and nurture prospects (Brazilian e‑commerce businesses) generated from our content and sign-ups
  • Make daily outbound calls
  • Schedule meetings between e‑commerce clients and our account executives
  • Update and maintain the CRM
  • Understand prospects' needs
  • Maintain relationships with prospects
  • Engage with e‑commerce businesses via calls, email, and other channels
  • Communicate the value and benefits of our solution

  • Excellent interpersonal communication, both verbal (phone) and written
  • Strong schedule and time management skills
  • Organized and able to prioritize when handling a high volume of tasks
