About the role
- Generate and nurture leads to identify new sales opportunities.
- Manage a pipeline of interested customers and coordinate next steps with the sales team.
- Research and qualify potential leads across various channels (e.g., social media, events, 6sense, databases).
- Conduct cold calls, emails, and outreach to generate new opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM (Salesforce).
- Set up meetings or demos for qualified leads.
- Collaborate with the sales and demand generation teams to ensure alignment.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Meet key metrics for lead generation and conversion.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Tech. sales or sales development , with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong communication skills (phone, email) and the ability to build relationships.
- Creative problem-solving skills and strong analytical abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
- Team player with the ability to work independently.
- Resilience, persistence, and a positive attitude.
