Responsibilities
Prospect into B2B accounts using cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other outbound tactics
Own daily call blocks and structured outreach efforts—this role requires consistent outbound motion every day
Qualify inbound leads and identify high-potential accounts for further engagement
Set high-quality meetings and nurture early-stage opportunities to fuel pipeline for our sales team
Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of all prospect interactions, notes, and opportunity statuses in the CRM
Carry ambitious targets and give 100% to consistently meet or exceed them
Develop a solid understanding of the product, ideal buyer personas, and the competitive landscape.
Work closely with AEs and marketing to align on ICP, share prospect feedback, and optimise outreach strategies.
Requirements
Previous experience in a customer-facing, sales, promotion, D2D Sales, customer service, or recruitment role is a plus
Coachability and openness to feedback, with a willingness to learn and improve
Excellent communication skills, including active listening, and confidence in customer interactions
The ability to stay organised and goal-oriented, even under pressure
Being comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with ambiguity and rapid decision-making
A growth mindset with the persistence to overcome obstacles and progress in your career
A results-driven attitude with a strong focus on performance
Experience with CRM and outreach tools is a plus
Must be available to work from our office in Amsterdam at least 3 days per week as part of a hybrid setup
Fluency in Dutch and good level of English.
