Engage with leads and schedule meetings between qualified leads and sales representatives;
Keep the sales pipeline up to date and record all interactions.
Requirements
CRM Knowledge (Salesforce or other) to manage and update the sales pipeline;
Lead Qualification Techniques: Ability to qualify leads efficiently;
Written and Verbal Communication: Skill in writing clear and persuasive prospecting emails and messages, as well as effective phone communication;
Market Research and Prospecting: Ability to source and identify relevant leads using tools such as LinkedIn, Google, and others;
Sales Pipeline Management: Ability to organize and prioritize leads in the sales pipeline effectively;
Video Conferencing Tools: Familiarity with platforms like Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams for scheduling and conducting meetings with prospects;
Ability to Work with Targets and KPIs: Experience meeting sales targets and performance metrics related to lead generation and meeting scheduling;
Customer Service Excellence: Ability to engage leads and provide high-quality service, creating a positive experience from first contact.
