About the role

  • Sales Assistant supporting commercial team in client relationships and prospecting. Engaging in telemarketing and managing clients through CRM system in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team with their needs;
  • Conduct client prospecting (via telemarketing, market research, satisfaction surveys, toll-free line (0800), and web);
  • Receive and handle emails from leads and the sales department's inbox;
  • Distribute leads according to the sales-rep distribution rules;
  • Manage referrals of new clients from internal and external communities, providing appropriate follow-up;
  • Monitor the "client reservation" status to keep reserved those who have negotiation potential;
  • Track the progress of negotiations with reserved clients using the CRM;
  • Register clients in the system and keep their information up to date;

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Commercial Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or Social Communication;
  • Knowledge of Sales Engagement platforms, CRM, and ERP systems is a plus; as well as sales and negotiation techniques.
