About the role

  • Consultor de Vendas at GR Academy responsible for lead prospection and client engagement. Driving business opportunities and ensuring a continuous flow of leads to the sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct active (outbound) prospecting through research, segmented lists, and professional networks.
  • Re-engage old leads and warm contacts, conducting reconnection conversations with technique and empathy.
  • Make first contact with potential clients, present GR Academy, and identify initial fit.
  • Perform preliminary lead qualification (profile, interest, and timing) and hand off to the SDR to advance through the funnel.
  • Execute follow-up cadences via WhatsApp, email, and phone.
  • Update the CRM with complete contact details and interaction history.
  • Share feedback and insights with marketing and the commercial team.
  • Participate in weekly alignment meetings and performance training sessions.
  • Meet prospecting, meeting-scheduling, and opportunity-generation targets.
  • Represent the brand with professionalism, energy, and clarity of purpose.

Requirements

  • Preferred education: Commercial Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Minimum experience: 3–5 years in active prospecting, consultative sales, or business development (B2B or B2C).
