Responsibilities
Sales of our AI-powered telemedicine platform in the fields of intensive care and out-of-hospital intensive care
Develop and implement tailored sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, particularly with hospital networks and hospital groups
Identify and engage relevant stakeholders (e.g., IT leadership, medical directors, procurement)
Expand and further develop the existing customer portfolio
Present our solutions at specialist conferences and industry events
Collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing, Product Development and Aftersales to ensure customer satisfaction
Monitor sales performance and prepare reporting
Requirements
University degree in Medicine, Business, Sales, Marketing or a comparable qualification
Professional experience selling Digital Health or medical technology solutions (SaaS, platforms, devices)
Demonstrable network within German hospital structures, particularly university hospitals, major tertiary care hospitals or hospital groups
Experience with CRM systems, preferably Pipedrive or HubSpot
Excellent German and English skills (spoken and written)
