Responsibilities
Develop strong, strategic relationships with key partners in major retail chains
Drive in‑store sales
Manage a team of merchandisers and sales advisors
Optimize the presence and performance of Scotts Miracle‑Gro brands within the territory
Ensure full compliance of promotional displays at retail partner locations
Manage inventory and ordering processes at various big‑box retailers
Use data‑driven sales and marketing techniques
Effectively present sales opportunities and implement sales plans
Provide Business Review analyses to stores in the territory
Deliver product information and training to customers and store teams.
Requirements
Post‑secondary education OR equivalent field sales experience
Two years of field sales and merchandising experience
One year of supervisory experience
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to negotiate and persuade others
Strong sales presentation skills and ability to speak confidently to large groups
Fluency in French and English (read, write, and speak).
