About the role

  • Account Manager facilitating vehicle transactions for private sellers and dealers in Hamburg. Engaging with customers through onboarding and sales strategy development in a dynamic market.

Responsibilities

  • You are the primary point of contact for our customers and communicate with them by phone and email
  • You guide customers through onboarding on the platform, from placing bids to completing successful purchases
  • You actively solicit offers for vehicles on our platform
  • You contribute actively to the development of our sales strategy and work closely with the sales team to implement and optimize operational processes

Requirements

  • You are an experienced sales professional and the phone is your tool of choice
  • You have excellent communication skills and strong negotiation abilities
  • You enjoy working independently and have a strong service orientation
  • You are motivated to continuously improve and want to grow together with the team and the company
  • Your working style is solution-oriented and you are willing to go the extra mile to overcome challenges
  • You speak German at native level
