Responsibilities
Proactively identify and close upsell opportunities, moving clients to premium AI suite
Drive continued expansion of Voice Assist, demonstrating ROI for businesses
Execute targeted outbound campaigns to existing accounts, optimizing outreach sequences
Maintain accurate Salesforce data to reliably forecast performance
Requirements
2-3+ years of B2B Sales experience, preferably in SaaS or Marketing Technology (MarTech)
Experience in an Account Management or Full-Cycle Sales role is required
Cross-Functional Communication skills to translate customer feedback into actionable insights
Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota with upsell, cross-sell, or expansion targets
Experience with Salesforce required; proficiency with Outreach.io and Gong preferred
Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence with the ability to explain complex concepts
