About the role

  • Design and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns across email, paid media, webinars, affiliates, and retargeting.
  • Partner with SEO and content teams to grow top-of-funnel awareness through strong organic and AEO performance.
  • Develop landing pages, lead magnets, and automated nurture journeys that move prospects from interest to action.
  • Optimise HubSpot workflows and nurture paths to improve every stage of the funnel.
  • Run A/B tests and experiments to constantly improve messaging, targeting, and conversion rates.
  • Track and report key KPIs to continuously improve performance.
  • Work closely with Sales to ensure high-intent leads are prioritised and converted efficiently.
  • Partner with the Head of Marketing to ensure demand generation aligns with our brand story and long-term strategy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B demand generation experience, ideally in SaaS products for small businesses
  • 10+ years of overall experience in marketing roles
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable pipeline and revenue impact
  • Experience with marketing automation & CRM systems, eg GA4, HubSpot
