Junior Demand Generation Manager building customer relationships through outbound campaigns and webinars for an AI-based knowledge platform. Engaging with potential leads to enhance the sales pipeline.
Responsibilities
You are the first point of contact for prospective customers, handling both inbound and outbound inquiries
You own outbound campaigns: running email, LinkedIn and call outreach and regularly analyzing the content mix
You plan and organize target-group–focused webinars, coordinate speakers, manage participant communications and hand qualified leads over to Sales
You expand the pipeline in the DACH region through research, creative strategies, trade shows and social activities
You identify customer challenges early, generate interest and prepare the next step in the sales process
You monitor market trends, analyze competitors and contribute to the ongoing development of our Sales Playbook
Requirements
You have initial experience in a sales role, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment
You have a strong sense for new customers’ needs and an eye for sales opportunities that you independently identify and pursue
You are confident working with lead databases and CRM systems — preferably HubSpot — and use these tools smartly to fill your pipeline
You communicate clearly and reliably in German and English with stakeholders at different levels
You are either familiar with artificial intelligence or eager to learn quickly and get up to speed on AI topics
