Responsibilities
Oversee and manage international PPC campaigns across various search engines and marketplaces
Develop effective PPC strategies to optimise ROI, drive traffic, and increase customer acquisition
Monitor and analyse performance metrics to forecast trends and plan PPC budgets
Work closely with marketing and wider functions to align PPC campaigns with ongoing promotions, launches and the strategic growth direction
Stay updated with PPC and SEM trends and industry standards to keep loveholidays at the forefront of developments
Drive significant growth in market share and brand recognition through effective management of PPC campaigns and upper-funnel activity
Requirements
Expert, hands-on knowledge using PPC technologies and tools - most notably Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and feed-based campaigns
Strong proficiency in SQL, with the ability to analyse complex datasets and generate actionable insights
Deep understanding of the customer journey, and ability to use this knowledge to optimise campaigns
Strong skills in keyword research, audience segmentation and bidding strategies
Proven track record of effectively managing multi-market, large advertising budgets
Experience with A/B testing to optimise campaign performance
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively report campaign results to stakeholders
Experience working with Hotel-Only partners such as Google Hotel Ads, TripAdvisor, and Trivago (desirable)
Knowledge and understanding of the travel sector, including customer behaviour and seasonal trends. (desirable)
Expertise in German language would be a plus (desirable)
