About the role

  • PPC Manager overseeing global PPC strategies and campaigns at loveholidays. Collaborating with marketing teams to enhance customer engagement and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage international PPC campaigns across various search engines and marketplaces
  • Develop effective PPC strategies to optimise ROI, drive traffic, and increase customer acquisition
  • Monitor and analyse performance metrics to forecast trends and plan PPC budgets
  • Work closely with marketing and wider functions to align PPC campaigns with ongoing promotions, launches and the strategic growth direction
  • Stay updated with PPC and SEM trends and industry standards to keep loveholidays at the forefront of developments
  • Drive significant growth in market share and brand recognition through effective management of PPC campaigns and upper-funnel activity

Requirements

  • Expert, hands-on knowledge using PPC technologies and tools - most notably Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and feed-based campaigns
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, with the ability to analyse complex datasets and generate actionable insights
  • Deep understanding of the customer journey, and ability to use this knowledge to optimise campaigns
  • Strong skills in keyword research, audience segmentation and bidding strategies
  • Proven track record of effectively managing multi-market, large advertising budgets
  • Experience with A/B testing to optimise campaign performance
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively report campaign results to stakeholders
  • Experience working with Hotel-Only partners such as Google Hotel Ads, TripAdvisor, and Trivago (desirable)
  • Knowledge and understanding of the travel sector, including customer behaviour and seasonal trends. (desirable)
  • Expertise in German language would be a plus (desirable)
