Serve as frontline HubSpot CRM administrator, taking ownership of CRM configuration and health.
Maintain data integrity through regular audits and enforcement of best practices.
Design workflows and automations for lead assignment, email cadences, and task reminders.
Build custom dashboards and reports to track KPIs, pipeline stages, and sales performance analysis.
Collaborate with Development, Marketing, and Finance to integrate sales tools, manage lead flow, and ensure commission accuracy.
Empower sales team via training, playbooks, and onboarding resources; provide day-to-day support.
Review complex deals for compliance and recommend process improvements to boost productivity and conversion rates.
Report to JP Nelson and contribute cross-functionally across the business.
Requirements
2–5 years in Sales/Revenue Operations, with strong HubSpot CRM experience.
Proven HubSpot administration experience as frontline CRM administrator.
Strong Excel skills; familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a bonus.
Process-oriented mindset with a keen eye for detail and data accuracy.
