About the role

  • Serve as the primary administrator for our Partner Portal, Sales Excellence System, and Salesforce CRM
  • Configure and customize systems to improve usability and align with sales workflows
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely support to end-users
  • Identify opportunities to enhance our tech stack and recommend new tools or features
  • Maintain system documentation and ensure data integrity across platforms
  • Create comprehensive onboarding programs that accelerate new hire ramp-up time
  • Develop engaging training materials including videos, guides, playbooks, and quick reference sheets
  • Conduct live training sessions, workshops, and office hours for sales teams
  • Monitor system adoption metrics and proactively address low-usage areas
  • Gather feedback from sellers to understand pain points and improvement opportunities
  • Champion best practices and ensure consistent tool usage across the organization
  • Conduct regular check-ins with sales to identify enablement needs
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align enablement with business goals
  • Lead the rollout of new tools, features, and process changes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3 years' minimum experience in sales enablement, marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in working with a CRM (Salesforce preferred)
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering training programs for sales teams
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new platforms
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
  • Experience working with Salesforce CRM
  • Experience with Partner Relationship Management (PRM) or customer portal platforms
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS)
  • Previous sales or customer-facing experience
  • HVAC experience is a plus
  • Skills in creating video content or e-learning modules
