Responsibilities
Serve as the primary administrator for our Partner Portal, Sales Excellence System, and Salesforce CRM
Configure and customize systems to improve usability and align with sales workflows
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely support to end-users
Identify opportunities to enhance our tech stack and recommend new tools or features
Maintain system documentation and ensure data integrity across platforms
Create comprehensive onboarding programs that accelerate new hire ramp-up time
Develop engaging training materials including videos, guides, playbooks, and quick reference sheets
Conduct live training sessions, workshops, and office hours for sales teams
Monitor system adoption metrics and proactively address low-usage areas
Gather feedback from sellers to understand pain points and improvement opportunities
Champion best practices and ensure consistent tool usage across the organization
Conduct regular check-ins with sales to identify enablement needs
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align enablement with business goals
Lead the rollout of new tools, features, and process changes
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
3 years' minimum experience in sales enablement, marketing, or a related field
Proficiency in working with a CRM (Salesforce preferred)
Proven track record of designing and delivering training programs for sales teams
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new platforms
Excellent English communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
Experience working with Salesforce CRM
Experience with Partner Relationship Management (PRM) or customer portal platforms
Experience with learning management systems (LMS)
Previous sales or customer-facing experience
HVAC experience is a plus
