You design the Revenue Management strategy for the hotels with the goal of maximizing RevPAR and EBITDA.
You develop the pricing strategy for each segment and continuously monitor performance and results.
You oversee the Duetto pricing rules that guide price decisions and ensure the correct strategy is applied for every market segment and time period.
You lead the review and analysis of daily, weekly, and monthly pick-up reports, collaborating closely with your own team as well as with colleagues from Sales, E-Commerce, Marketing, and senior leadership.
You track market trends across all relevant perspectives and segments (business sources, room types, points of sale, etc.) to ensure ongoing optimization of the pricing strategy.
You monitor and analyze revenue performance across all distribution channels (GDS, IDS, melia.com, Hotel Direct, etc.).
You are responsible for developing an effective pricing and upsell strategy for each room category in order to maximize revenue for superior and attribute-based rooms.
You create action plans for room types whose performance is below expectations.
Requirements
Initial knowledge in pricing, forecasting, and benchmarking as well as experience in a similar position for at least 3-5 years.
An analytical mindset combined with strong communication skills.
A true team player who thrives in an international environment.
Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.
Open to relocate to the Maledives or Seychelles.
