Responsibilities
Support and enhance the global sales onboarding process
Develop structured learning pathways tailored by sales role/profile
Curate and manage comprehensive enablement content libraries, including playbooks, presentations, and training materials
Leverage AI tools (e.g., M365 Copilot, CoPilot Studio, ChatGPT) to create, personalize, and maintain enablement assets
Design and deliver modular training programs to support the execution of AI strategy and enablement initiatives for GTM
Collaborate cross-functionally to align enablement materials with go-to-market strategies
Utilize automation strategies to govern and apply to the role in managing data, content, and training within the Microsoft 365 and web-based platforms
Requirements
Extensive experience in sales enablement, training, or GTM field related scope
Proven experience utilizing M365 Copilot or generative AI tools for content development and workflow automation
Background in instructional design and proficiency in delivering live training to global audiences
Excellent written and visual communication skills
Familiarity with LMS platforms and enablement solutions (e.g., Saleshood, Salesforce, Seismic, Learn365)
