About the role
- Support the Revenue Operations team in optimizing and automating sales processes, including CRM management, data entry and reporting
- Assist in tracking key performance metrics, identifying trends and preparing insights to improve team performance
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth execution of revenue-related projects
- Help maintain data accuracy and integrity within systems like Hubspot and other sales tools
- Participate in the creation and execution of strategies to improve operational efficiency and revenue growth
- Contribute to special projects such as market research, territory planning, and process documentation
Requirements
- Fast learner with a proactive attitude and interest in working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail
- Proficiency in Excel
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish
- Fluent in German (mandatory)
- Experience working with workflow automation platforms (optional)
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot) or eagerness to learn them
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with a collaborative mindset
- Curious, motivated, and eager to develop a career in Revenue Operations or Sales Ops
- Full-time availability starting January or February
