About the role

  • Support the smooth running of commercial operations by setting up customer accounts
  • Review order forms in Salesforce and set-up clients for the approved products in the Patsnap provisioning system (Backoffice)
  • System management and data verification by checking, amending, updating information across the tech stack
  • Investigate and draft new processes or process updates
  • Resolve ‘Cases' (queries/tasks raised within Patsnap or by clients)
  • Share ideas and collaborate with team and wider organisation to add value and improve Revenue Operations
  • Support projects and data analysis as requested by your manager

Requirements

  • Commercially minded and can manage/prioritise key tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ideally 1 year + experience at a SaaS company, working on data/systems
  • Previous use of Excel, any CRM or Tech Stack tools would be an advantage
  • Attention to detail – checking a variety of information for accuracy
  • Problem solving skills
  • Open-minded – willing to learn and take on new challenges as the Tech landscape is constantly changing
