About the role

  • Oversee renewal sale cycles of a large portfolio of SME and self-serve accounts
  • Identify and position growth opportunities across account set (new benefit lines, increasing existing services, expanding customer footprint)
  • Use CRM diligently and embrace sales processes to identify trends within allocated accounts
  • Analyse competitor landscape and compare Perkbox value proposition to alternatives
  • Own and exceed targets via value-based selling
  • Provide increased and ongoing value to retain clients and build strong client relationships
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders as part of the Revenue department

Requirements

  • Customer orientated approach to maintaining and growing accounts
  • Excellent time management skills, working with high levels of autonomy and self-direction
  • Confidence engaging with senior decision makers
  • Knowledge of CRM good practice
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills

  • Strong levels of commercial acumen
