Responsibilities
Work closely with your Recruitment Manager to define a professional growth plan.
Manage assigned vacancies and source candidates using a variety of recruitment and marketing tools.
Conduct interviews and pre-screen candidates to present the best profiles to the Recruitment Manager.
Support candidates throughout the entire process until their successful placement.

Requirements
Dynamic, proactive mindset.
Willingness to commute to our Famalicão offices (3x per week).
Previous experience in recruitment or sales (preferred but not required).
Interest and knowledge in digital marketing and social media.
Availability to work full-time.
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English and French.
