About the role

  • Work closely with your Recruitment Manager to define a professional growth plan.
  • Manage assigned vacancies and source candidates using a variety of recruitment and marketing tools.
  • Conduct interviews and pre-screen candidates to present the best profiles to the Recruitment Manager.
  • Support candidates throughout the entire process until their successful placement.

Requirements

  • Dynamic, proactive mindset.
  • Willingness to commute to our Famalicão offices (3x per week).
  • Previous experience in recruitment or sales (preferred but not required).
  • Interest and knowledge in digital marketing and social media.
  • Availability to work full-time.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English and French.
