About the role

  • Be responsible for the end to end recruitment life cycle of the various vacancies
  • Advertising job vacancies, screening, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates (via phone, video conference, in-person)
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Maintain and update reporting files, use and update ATS
  • Seeking new ways to expand sourcing channels
  • Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with organizations and universities
  • Participate in job fairs or networking events
  • Deliver results and effectively manage multiple recruitment projects in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least one year of proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
  • Familiarity with Workable ATS is an advantage
  • Teamwork mentality
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced working environment, set priorities and take initiatives
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and can do attitude
  • Optimistic, energetic, outgoing with great energy
