About the role

Responsibilities
- Define recruitment needs jointly with the Operations team and Management
- Write and post job advertisements on job boards and with our partners
- Screen applications and conduct telephone pre-screening interviews
- Organize and lead recruitment sessions in coordination with Operators and the Trainer
- Ensure onboarding follow-up for new employees
- Implement training programs (professional qualifications, CAP, CACES, etc.)
- Manage local follow-up of institutional partnerships and recruitment events
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Proficiency with online recruitment tools and social media
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills and a strong team spirit
