About the role

  • Define recruitment needs jointly with the Operations team and Management
  • Write and post job advertisements on job boards and with our partners
  • Screen applications and conduct telephone pre-screening interviews
  • Organize and lead recruitment sessions in coordination with Operators and the Trainer
  • Ensure onboarding follow-up for new employees
  • Implement training programs (professional qualifications, CAP, CACES, etc.)
  • Manage local follow-up of institutional partnerships and recruitment events

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency with online recruitment tools and social media
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong team spirit
