About the role

  • Plan and implement overall recruitment strategy, with emphasis on middle-management positions
  • Post job openings on job boards
  • Source and screen candidates through recruitment platforms, databases, and social media
  • Conduct competency-based interviews and assess candidates' knowledge, abilities, interpersonal skills, experience, and relevant attitudes
  • Administer technical and behavioral assessments
  • Liaise with clients to align on job requirements, send finalist materials, and follow up on projects

  • Experience in Recruitment & Selection
  • English proficiency is desirable
