About the role

  • Perform targeted research to identify qualified candidates using internal databases, job boards, schools, professional associations, business contacts, and social media.
  • Support high-volume and non-technical recruitment by assisting in screening resumes, conducting initial phone interviews, and coordinating assessments.
  • Conduct basic skills testing to measure candidate capability and aptitude when required.
  • Assist in building and maintaining professional relationships with candidates and clients, ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience.
  • Communicate expectations, employment offers, and orientation requirements clearly to candidates.
  • Accurately maintain recruiting data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring timely updates, dis-positioning, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with Recruitment Partners and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and support recruitment timelines.
  • Research and recommend new sources for both active and passive candidate pipelines.
  • Provide administrative and operational support, including scheduling interviews, coordinating feedback, and ensuring smooth recruitment workflows.
  • Thrive as a team player in a fast-paced, high-energy, and change-oriented environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a relevant field.
  • Minimum of **6 months of recruitment experience** (internships or entry-level roles are acceptable).
  • **Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.**
  • Familiarity with sourcing channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, and social media.
  • Basic knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and interview coordination.
  • Tech-savvy – proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using tools such as Zoom, Trello, or Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferable – the team currently uses **Teamtailor**.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong rapport with candidates.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in recruitment while supporting the success of the wider People & Culture team.
